Favorite Boulder run: Bear Peak from Cragmore Rd. Trailhead. This trail avoids crowds (except on weekends) and is a great excuse to never do squat exercises again.

“Treat clients like family” is the way I’ve always done business and it’s reflected in the warm relationships I’ve built with my clients throughout my professional career. Buying or selling a home is a big step in anyone’s life and the process can be an enjoyable one when given proper care and professional attention. I came to work in real estate from a background in engineering, home remodeling, and cost analysis. This unique mix of expertise, combined with an eye for detail and a service mindset is what I bring to every client and every real estate transaction.
I’ve lived most of my life on the Front Range and like most of us who call it home, the region’s “big nature” and outdoor lifestyle are what drew me here almost thirty years ago and now I can’t imagine living anywhere else. Any spare time I have will be spent running, biking, hiking, snowboarding, or any other reason I can dream up to stay outside. I have degrees in aerospace and mechanical engineering and graduated from the Department of the Navy Cost Analysis Program. Before moving to the real estate profession, I worked in custom home construction, home remodeling, residential and commercial landscape design/build, and cost analysis for programs in the Department of the Navy. This last one turns out to be invaluable when performing comparative market analyses for clients’ homes.
I look forward to serving you in all of your real estate pursuits. Let’s make it fun.
